We also want to make sure you have a delightful experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at The Ithihaasa Kuteer. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at The Ithihaasa Kuteer, you agree to the terms set forth below along with The Ithihaasa Kuteer’s Privacy Policy. If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it and you would like to return a product, please follow the below mentioned guidelines for a hassle-free return experience :
- The request for exchange or refund should be lodged within 2 days after delivery.
- The exchange or return will take place, only if the items arrive broken or damaged.
- Uninterrupted/Uncut/Unedited 3600 video is must to accept the return/exchange of the product.
- For a successful return/exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging intact.
- The damaged/broken item should be packed as it is and to be sent to the address mentioned through email.
- Refund will be initiated once we receive the item, and the amount will be credited to the original source of payment.
Please Note – All carvings are purely handmade, so minor carving differences can be there. That’s the uniqueness of handmade crafts.
REFUND POLICY –
We at, The Ithihaasa Kuteer commit ourselves in serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order, and you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is proper such that the items won’t get damaged during transit.
We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines mentioned above as per return/exchange policy, we will proceed to issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
